Je vous écris pour vous informer de l'International des Congrès et Salon du couteau qui se tiendra les 14 jours, 15 et Mai 16 en Albacete, Espagne.

Le soi-disant «Déclaration d'Albacete, a signé en Septembre 2004, les principales villes européennes impliquées dans le domaine, était l'arme de départ pour les nombreuses actions que nous entreprenons le couteau pour aller à l'excellence qui est digne de notre lutte pour rendre la réglementation comprennent le marquage européen obligatoire "made in" sur les produits importés de pays tiers.

Mais non seulement le thème du «Made in» qui doivent être abordées. D'autres d'intérêt pour l'industrie et les surtaxes imposées par les fabricants d'acier, de la création de la Fédération européenne de la coutellerie, les marques de qualité et leur positionnement sur le marché ou les défis de la mondialisation des marchés de l'artisanat de donner un sens et le contenu à cette conférence proposée.

Les principaux objectifs de ce congrès sont:

- Animer une réunion de responsables, techniciens et gestionnaires des secteurs public et privé pour développer ses activités dans le domaine de l'industrie et un couteau artisanal.
- Créer un espace dans lequel toutes les parties prenantes des partenariats, des entrepreneurs, des institutions publiques, etc .- ont une voix pour exprimer leur opinion et d'organiser la structure de la coutellerie européenne.
- Contribuer à la promotion de la recherche dans le domaine de couteau entre les universitaires et les chercheurs.
- Promouvoir les partenariats comme une forme d'acteurs du développement et les forces motrices de l'artisanat.
- Etude pour la création de la Fédération européenne de la Coutellerie.
- De fournir aux entrepreneurs et artisans et les ressources techniques pour commercialiser leurs entreprises.
- D'étudier et de discuter des questions et des expériences applicables à l'industrie et l'artisanat, à laquelle les professionnels sont dans leur travail quotidien.
- Promouvoir l'utilisation de la marque "made in" à la fois dans les produits pour le marché intérieur et à l'exportation est généré, ainsi que les articles importés dans la défense de la coutellerie européenne, conformément à la proposition de règlement du Conseil, Bruxelles 16/12 2005. SECC (2005) 1657.
- Promouvoir un document commun pour chaque association nationale concernée de transmettre à la CEOE à chaque gouvernement de définir des normes demande explicite au marquage des produits au point d'origine de la production.
- La coutellerie artisanat comme un générateur de tourisme et le conducteur culturel, affaire de brevet dans les villes européennes qui ont ouvert un musée spécifique.
- Normaliser les métiers comme une ressource économique de chaque région et pays.
- Préserver et promouvoir le patrimoine historique de la coutellerie et les régions de l'exploitation sociale, économique et culturel.

Parallèlement à cette conférence célébrera le premier Salon du couteau Albacete, comme une question ouverte au public et le dévouement qui se tiendra chaque année, l'entreprise près de la nature et le charme de notre profession, il a réussi à mobiliser le public dans nos efforts pour l'inclusion de couverts par le règlement européen sur l'indication du pays d'origine.

International Congress and Knife Show Cuchilleria Ciudad de Albacete

For centuries, Albacete has been the main reference in Spain for an industry of great importance in our country: cutlery production. And it is a reference not only in Spain but also internationally. Despite the tough crises the sector has gone through, both in industrial terms and from the viewpoint of a handicraft, due to the restrictive legislation that has negatively impacted a large part of the output and the more recent effects of mainly Asian imports, Albacete and its citizens still flourish the banner of “the City of knives”.

The so-called “Declaration of Albacete”, signed in September, 2004, by the main cities of Europe related to this sector, was merely the starting point for the many actions to be undertaken by knife-makers to achieve the excellence deserved by our struggle to achieve the inclusion in European regulations of an obligatory “made in” mark on products imported from third-party countries.

But this subject of the “made in” mark is not the only one that must be considered. Other subjects of interest for the sector such as the surcharges imposed by steel manufacturers, the creation of the Federation of the European Cutlery and Related Industries, the quality marks and their market positioning, or the challenges of handicrafts in view of the globalization of the market imbue this conference proposal with sense and contents

The main goals of this congress are:
- To facilitate meetings between the authorities, technical experts and those responsible for the industry in both the public and private sectors conducting activities in the area of the cutlery industry and craftsmanship.
- To create a space in which all agents involved (associations, business owners, public institutions etc.) have an opportunity to make their opinions heard and strengthen the structure of the European cutlery industry.
- To contribute to the fostering of research in the cutlery sector among academics and researchers.
- To encourage the figure of associations as agents for the development and greater dynamism of handicrafts.
- To analyze the creation of the European Cutlery Federation. - To provide factory owners and craftsmen with resources and techniques for the marketing of their businesses.
- To discuss and share thoughts on the problems and experiences encountered by professionals in the sector in their day-to-day work and applicable to the industry and the craft.
- To promote the use of the “made in” mark on products intended for both the internal market and export, as well as on imported articles, in defence of European cutlery and in line with the Draft Regulations of the Council adopted in Brussels on December 16th, 2005, (SECC (2005) 1657).
- To propitiate a joint document so that each national association involved can convey to the corresponding Employer’s Federation and each government the express petition for the regulation of product markings at the point of origin of their production.
- The knife-making craft as an element generating tourism and conveying culture, with the patent examples of European cities that have inaugurated a specific museum.
- To mainstream the craft as an economic resource of each region and country.
- To preserve and promote the historic heritage of cutlery-making regions and its social harnessing for economic and cultural benefits.

Simultaneously with this congress, we will be holding the first ALBACETE KNIFE SHOW, open to the general public and with the aim of becoming an annual event, in order to make society more aware of the nature and attraction of our profession, thus achieving the involvement of the general public in our efforts to include cutlery in the European Regulations on indication of country of origin.

THE I KNIFE SHOW City OF ALBACETE KNIVES HOST A DRAWING OF ARTISANS

Visitors to this exhibition will craft cutlery directly with the acquisition of the entrance to the Knife Show, a share of the draw knives fifteen craft knife developed by several teachers.

Albacete, March 30, 2010 .-
I Knife Show The City of Albacete, to be held during the 15th and 16th May, organized by APRECU within the framework of the International Congress Cutlery City of Albacete, will give all visitors the opportunity to enter a drawing for prizes that will distribute fifteen craft fitted with a knife each, prepared by different knife teachers Albacete.
The artisans Jose Exposito, Luis Vergara, Manolo Fernandez, Juan Martínez and José Antonio Herreros, with a long tradition and reputation preceded by his work, conduct a live workshop in which a piece of craftsmanship developed in situ. In addition to the knife made in this sample, each of them will give three razors for the winners.
The participation of the draw will be shipped with each entry and will be included in the price of access to Khife Show, which is five euros. Also, additional safeguards shall be acquired at a cost of three euros. Visitors to the show may know his fate on Sunday 16, moments before the closing ceremony.
