Outstanding variable spring tension. I have never seen that before. It seems to open easy to the half stop and then requires a little more tension after that. Nice.

i think he'd like to see the round part of the tang that's directly against the spring.

Something a little better than photo # 3? Maybe a photo taken at a different angle of the tang?

we call that here a "cran carré", i guess the first angle (1) is smoother than the second (2) one.

I see that the spring is exactly at the same position when the blade is closed,half opened and opened

It seems Sandvik doesn't really want to sell it. Few people use it because no one wants to bother to find how to purchase it (and because you can't buy less than 1 ton)

Je suis désolé je n'ai pas pris les photos encore. J'oublie toujours de ramener le couteau sur vendredis. J'ai toujours l'impression de se faire frapper avec des trucs de dernière minute avant de quitter le travail pour le week-end … et le couteau est la dernière chose sur mon esprit.

Je vais écrire moi-même une note … et l'espoir de se souvenir.

The spring goes much higher (more resistance) when the blade is almost open.
