vous seriez surpris de voir que je trouve ces lames laurin Metalli mieux que certains des lames forgés à la main que j'ai trouvé sur brisa (noms assez gros) - parle à la fois de la symétrie et de traitement thermique.
vous trouverez cet acier 0.8C très bon, il fonctionne bien, même en hélico grandes lames (leuku).
à ma connaissance, il s'agit d'un acier Krupp a vu, très fréquent en Scandinavie entre les fabricants et les forgerons (Yrjo puronvarsi / antti Makinen, par exemple).

you'd be surprised that I find these laurin metalli blades better than some of the hand forged blades I found on brisa (pretty big names) - talking both about symmetry and heat treating.
you'll find this 0.8C steel very good, it performs well even in big choppers (leuku blades).
to my knowledge, it is a krupp saw steel, very common in scandinavia both amongst manufacturers and smiths (yrjo puronvarsi/antti makinen for instance).
