We are experiencing a lot of fraud orders. Here lately we have lost a lot of orders that have been shipped and purchased with stolen credit cards.
We are now requiring customers to email us an original photo of the credit card you used with the order. Even if you are a returning customer, we will email you if it is a card that you haven’t used with our company We are requiring an original front and back side of credit card (no scanned copies). You can cover some of the information with a piece of paper, but we ask that you do not edit the photo once it has been taken in any way.
We also require a photo of your driver’s license or photo ID, showing your name matches the name on the credit card.
If you do not wish to send this information, we will also accept your bank statement showing the transaction of our company.
I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you, but I hope you understand in a business manner. I would recommend sending two different emails of the credit card for security purposes. Please email me back and let me know so I can process the order.
