Hello Folks,

here is a folder that I finished for the big show in Solingen, it is a linerlock without thumpstud. 280 layers of 3 different steels in the blade and the bolsters,
ebony with stripes, titanium liners and steel screws which I all heattreated.

Hope that I am not boring you guys,

that is a medium sized simple linerlock knife with a wootzblade from my melted steel and some ironwood scales. I selected those scales because I did not want highly figured desert ironwood, I wanted something subtle that will not attrack the eyes from the wootz pattern. You know what I mean ?
By the way, the thumpstud is also wootz.

Dommage qu'il n'arrondisse pas plus les bords de ses manches de pliants.

Hello everybody,
just wanted to show you this Bowie that I made. The blade is forged 1084 and selectivly hardened, the guard, ferrule and cap with screw are heatblued steel and the handle is a nice piece of curly maple.

Hello everybody,
haven't got the time to spent as much time in the smithy as I would like but just made this little hunter.
320 layers of damascus ( 1084, 75Ni8, big sawblade and some steel from a huge blade to cut stones with).
It is a tapered tang design and the scales are secured with 2mm steel pins.

Blade: 82 mm
Total: 181 mm
