Ernest Mills made a lot of knives for Clements, he says "We also had work from Clements in London. He was noted for his Sheffield cutlery, and the Americans used to say, when they went home, "If you want anything go to Clements in London". So a lot of our knives went to America." ("On the Knife Edge" pg 15)."
